If we believe that we can work together to deliver mutual success, we’ll create a simple, process orientated proposal with clear deliverables, costs and timescales for each phase. Once there is agreement to work together we’ll define the goals, finalise the plan and agree the cost and payment model. At the beginning of each phase we’ll spend time with all key stakeholders individually and collectively to ensure that we have a full and aligned understanding. We undertake the assignment working as a team with you and your staff and customers, carefully documenting strategy, decisions and meetings throughout the process. At the end of each phase we undertake a feedback and sign off session with the key stakeholders to discuss progress, findings and recommendations.
